Nick joined the partnership in 1996 and when the then Senior Partner, Ron Saines left in 2002, Nick took over as Managing Principal, a position he still holds in the firm.

Orry joined the firm January 2012. Born and raised in Ballarat, Orry completed his law degree at La Trobe University, graduating with Honours in 2011.

Kat is our senior commercial and civil litigation lawyer representing clients in a variety of commercial, building and consumer law-related matters.

Born and bred as a country girl in Dunnstown, Colleen returned to Ballarat in 2018 to join Saines Lucas Solicitors, as the firm’s Senior Solicitor in Property, Estates and Commercial Law.
